Working principle

Our wood round rod making machine uses the extrusion form to extrude the crushed material when it is working. The machine is composed of feeding hopper, pressing die and outlet. The dried crushed raw materials are extruded directly in the machine at high temperature, and the die can be replaced.

Materials like sawdust, straw and bagasse are crushed by a crusher machine, then dried in indirect rotary dryer, after drying, and then materials are transferred to the inlet of the rod making machine, when the machine switch is turned on, the raw materials are extruded in the extruder, after extruding, materials can be carbonized by hoist type carbonize furnace into charcoal.
